At MacDonald’s Sporting Goods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Period
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for in-store purchases or within 14 days of delivery for online and mail orders, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- In its original packaging and in original, unused, and resalable condition.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
2. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
For eligible returns, customers may choose one of the following options:
- Refund: A refund to the original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee.
- Exchange: An exchange for other eligible merchandise of equivalent value.
- Store Credit: Store credit for the full eligible purchase amount, with no restocking fee.
Any applicable price difference on an exchange must be paid by the customer or will be handled according to the value of the replacement item.
3. Online & Mail Orders
Online and mail-order purchases are subject to the same 14-day return period and merchandise conditions outlined above.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return, including the original shipping charges and the cost of shipping the merchandise back to MacDonald’s Sporting Goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent back in their original packaging, with the original receipt or proof of purchase included. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned merchandise reaches us in acceptable condition.

Product Warranty Policy
At MacDonald’s Sporting Goods, we are committed to helping our customers get the most out of their purchases. If you experience an issue with a product purchased from our store, we will do our best to assist you and help guide you through the warranty process.
Manufacturer Warranties
Product warranties are generally provided and handled by the product’s manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms and conditions. Products requiring warranty service may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Shipping & Associated Costs
Customers may be responsible for shipping fees and other associated costs when sending faulty, damaged, or warranty-related products to the manufacturer or an authorized service centre. These costs depend on the manufacturer’s warranty policy and the circumstances of the claim.
How We Can Help
If you have an issue with a product purchased from MacDonald’s Sporting Goods, please contact us. We will assist you as best we can by providing guidance, helping you identify the appropriate warranty process, and directing you to the manufacturer when necessary.
Please retain your original receipt or proof of purchase, as it may be required to process a warranty claim.
MacDonald’s Sporting Goods is happy to help our customers navigate the warranty process; however, final warranty decisions, including eligibility for repair, replacement, or reimbursement, are generally determined by the manufacturer.
